Dancing for Stress Relief

Dancing for stress relief is one of my favorite things, especially when it’s with the love of my life. It brings an instant smile to my face and releases feel good endorphins.
My husband and I don’t get the chance to dance as much as we used to, but the spontaneous moments when we do, are some of my most cherished memories.
The smiles on our face translate to so much love and joy that there’s no more room for the stress of a hard day or an exhausting week. The stress is gone.
